Ancient Roots
Rhabdomancy — divination by rods or sticks — appears in ancient Greece, Egypt, and among Germanic miners. The rod was believed to respond to hidden forces beneath the earth.
Water Witching

How to Dowse

- 3.Establish your 'yes' and 'no' — ask a question you know the answer to and observe the tool's movement.
- 4.Ask your real question clearly and simply; wait without forcing.
- 5.Note the direction and strength of the movement — a strong swing is a clear answer.
- 6.Close with thanks and write down what you received before interpreting.
